Product development
In the product development phase we work together with development departments of our customers. The product design plays an important role in the production process. That’s why we always check the design of individual products to ensure their smooth production. We also advise our customers in the selection of materials and necessary technologies.
Process development
Prior to ordering a series injection molding tool, our development team determines how to make the product in series. In addition to the development and design of prototype and serial injection molds, we also offer the development of control, testing and assembly devices that accompany the injection molding process. From order to mass production, our clients are accompanied by a project manager who leads the development project to the highest APQP automotive standard.
WE CREATE
- a time plan with all required activities and control milestones,
- a process flow chart and Proces FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis),
- a control plan,
- a technological documentation.
WE CARRY OUT
- testing and control of the planned injection parameters and determination of optimised and final injection parameters,
- training of workers by responsible technicians,
- an internal process validation and confirmation.
